Who is responsible

This site and the service are operated by Nicolas, contact claritycfo@tankmail.lat. Nicolas is the party responsible for the personal data described here and answers every request about it at that address.

ClarityCFO does not yet have a verified registered company name or tax identification number; when it does, this policy will be updated to state them.

What data we collect

We only collect what you type into the waitlist form on this site:

  • Your name.
  • Your email address.
  • The optional message describing the decision you are facing.
  • The address of the page the form was submitted from.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, financial statements, accounting records, bank details, identification numbers or any other sensitive information through this form.

Why we collect it

To contact you about ClarityCFO: to tell you when the service becomes available, to ask follow-up questions about what you need, and to understand which problems to build for first. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Where it is stored

The form sends your submission to the hosting platform this site runs on (Tank), where it is stored in the private dashboard that Nicolas uses to manage the waitlist. It is not published anywhere on this site and no public page of this site can read it back. The platform acts only on our instructions, as a processor.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until ClarityCFO stops the waitlist, whichever comes first. If the project is discontinued, the list is deleted.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party scripts that profile you. The only data that reaches us is what you submit in the form.

Your rights

ClarityCFO addresses businesses in Latin America, with an initial focus on Colombia, so we apply the standard of Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing decrees (Decree 1377 of 2013) to everyone on the list. You may at any time:

  • Know what data about you we hold and where it came from.
  • Update or correct it when it is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Request its deletion and revoke the consent you gave by submitting the form.
  • File a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio in Colombia.

Write to claritycfo@tankmail.lat from the email address you signed up with and we will answer within fifteen business days. Deletion means your record is removed from the waitlist entirely. If you are in another country in Latin America, your own data-protection law may give you further rights; tell us and we will honour them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and submissions travel encrypted to the platform. We do not make claims about certifications, audits or guarantees we do not hold: this is an early-stage project and the only sensitive thing we hold about you is an email address.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change materially affects how we use data you already gave us, we will email the list before it takes effect.
