ClarityCFO is a brand name. There is no verified registered company name or tax identification number behind it yet; Nicolas is the person responsible for this site and for the waitlist.

An informational site describing financial decision support that ClarityCFO is building for owner-led small and medium businesses, plus a form to join its waitlist. The product itself is not available. Nothing described on this site is live software you can use today.

It means you want to hear from us, nothing more. It is free, it creates no account, it buys nothing, and it commits neither side: it does not guarantee you access, a place in any order, a launch date, a feature or a price. You can leave the list at any time by writing to claritycfo@tankmail.lat.

The content of this site is general information about a product under development. It is not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and it does not replace your accountant or any other professional adviser. Decisions you make about your business remain yours.

Submit your own real contact details, or those of someone who has asked you to sign them up. Do not submit other people's data without their knowledge, automated or bulk submissions, code, links or abusive content. We may remove any submission that breaks this and stop contacting the address behind it.

The site is offered as it is, while it is online. We may change, pause or withdraw it, its content and the waitlist at any time, including the plans described here: a product under development changes, and descriptions on this site are our current intent, not a promise of a final result. We make no uptime or support commitment for this informational site.

The text, layout and ClarityCFO name on this site belong to its operator. You may quote or link to the site; do not copy it wholesale or present it as your own.

No paid service is being offered or sold here, so these terms do not set out payment, refund or jurisdiction clauses. If ClarityCFO starts charging for a service, it will publish separate terms for it — naming the contracting party, the applicable law and your rights as a customer — and you will have to accept them before any charge.

These terms may be updated; the date at the top always reflects the version in force. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
